Impacto de la deuda externa en los derechos de Babahoyo: análisis con mapas cognitivos neutrosoficos

Abstract

El debate sobre el pago de la deuda externa de Ecuador ha generado controversia debido a su impacto en los derechos económicos y sociales. Durante la pandemia de COVID-19, se argumentó que destinar los recursos de la deuda al combate contra la enfermedad sería más beneficioso para la población. Sin embargo, persistieron problemas como la escasez de medicamentos y la falta de cupos universitarios, afectando negativamente a la ciudadanía. El objetivo de este estudio es analizar críticamente cómo el pago de la deuda externa viola los derechos económicos y sociales en Babahoyo en 2022. Se busca proporcionar funda- mentos legales y doctrinales, diagnosticar los impactos negativos en los derechos de la población y proponer posibles soluciones. Este estudio pretende informar a los habitantes de Babahoyo sobre la violación de sus derechos y brindar información valiosa a los tomadores de decisiones y actores interesados en la comunidad afectada.
