This deliverable presents the first version of the D4.2 Horizon Europe Report, defining an integrated approach to planning, monitoring, and evaluating research outputs in Horizon Europe through OpenAIRE services and the OSTrails Interoperability Frameworks. By focusing on machine-actionable Data Management Plans (maDMPs), it aligns with Horizon Europe requirements and supports funders’ monitoring needs. The report introduces an improved DMP template, validates essential evaluation dimensions, and defines the OSTrails maDMP Application Profile, offering a scalable and policy-aligned solution. It identifies key areas for further development and outlines next steps for broader adoption.
