The Research Data Management Container (RDMC) is a concept for preserving research data, research software, and their context [1] [2]. Its Reusable Execution Environment (REE) [3] could be utilized to run software with necessary data in a predefined environment. This encapsulation has the advantage of preventing any interaction be tween the preserved data and software and the running software that might alter the dataset. The roadmap proposed at the last CoRDI conference outlined three phases: first, implementing a prototype RDMC; second, creating a secure environment with user-dependent access; and finally, constructing a platform for managing RDMCs [4]. This results in three major processes: 1. constructing the RDMC, 2. opening the RDMC, and 3. technical management of RDMCs. This presentation focuses on the first process.

| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
