Grant Proposal: Improving The Visibility Of Scholarly Software Work

Grant submitted to the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation. From the grant summary: "Our goal is to improve software in scholarship (science, engineering, and the humanities) by raising the visibility of software work as a contribution in the literature, thus improving incentives for software work in scholarship." Budget pages (22-25) have been removed at the request of JH.

This document is not a complete representation of the proposal, since the application and approval process also involved confidential back and forth with reviewers. The reviewers added great comments and insight that we're incorporating into the work as we go forward
