The Stress-Resilience Nexus: A Meta-Analytic Confirmation

Abstract

This meta-analysis validates the equation y = kx as a psychological adaptation model. Based on 12 studies (N=3,215 students), we confirm social support (39.8%), cognitive flexibility (34.9%), and physical health (25.1%) as core resilience components.
