Kafe ve Restoran Seçimi Üzerine Bir Çalışma

Abstract

This study is aimed to determine the effective factors of Düzce University students choosing cafes and restaurants. In this study, the data were collected through a questionnaire to reach more realistic results distributed to the students by the interviewers. Within the scope of the study, a questionnaire was conducted with 518 students studying at Düzce University, and 38 questionnaires out of 518 filled in were excluded from the evaluation, considering that they were filled incompletely and incorrectly. 480 questionnaires were found suitable for relevance and consistency endorsed for the analysis. According to the research findings, students preferred cafes and restaurants to be with family and friends and socialize. Students were a cause of going to cafes and restaurants; friend recommendations, service quality, and price were more effective. As a result, this study determined assessment and advice for cafe and restaurant businesses to expand service qualities and market.

Bu çalışmada Düzce Üniversite öğrencilerinin kafe ve restoranları tercih etmelerinde etkili olan faktörlerin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır.Bu araştırmada veriler; daha gerçekçi sonuçlara ulaşmak için, öğrencilere anketörler tarafından dağıtılan anket formlarıyla toplanmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında; düzce üniversitesinde öğrenim gören 518 öğrenciye anket çalışması yapılmış, doldurulan 518 anketten 38 anket eksik ve hatalı doldurulduğu düşünülerek değerlendirme dışı tutulmuştur. Analize uygunluk ve tutarlılık açısından uygun bulunan 480 anket değerlendirilmiştirAraştırmanın bulgularına göre; öğrenciler aile ve arkadaşlarıyla birlikte olmak ve sosyalleşmek için kafe ve restoranları tercih etmişlerdir. Kafe ve restoranlara gitmelerinde; arkadaş tavsiyesi, hizmet kalitesi ve fiyatın daha etkili olduğu görülmüştür. Sonuç olarak, bu çalışma ile kafe ve restoran işletmeleri için hizmet kalitelerini ve pazarlarını genişletebilmeleri adına durum tespiti ve tavsiyeler belirlenmiştir.
