Abstract

Frecuencias 3: Transformando la percepción sensorial a través del arte sonoroEsta ponencia, presentada en eventos académicos y culturales entre 2016 y 2020, explora "Frecuencias 3", una escultura sonora creada por Jesús Alberto Cruz Londoño que integra sonido, imagen y tecnología para estimular los sentidos. Inspirada en las teorías de Wassily Kandinsky sobre la relación entre forma y contenido, la neuroestética de Semir Zeki, y la técnica de dripping de Jackson Pollock, la obra traduce frecuencias sonoras en patrones visuales circulares mediante tecnologías electromagnéticas. A través de grabaciones de los siete ríos de Cali y cantos de aves brasileñas, como en las obras Uirapuru y Saira Sete Cores, "Frecuencias 3" genera una experiencia estética que transforma la percepción humana. La metodología incluyó experimentos de campo, presentaciones en eventos como el IX Encuentro Internacional de Artes Electrónicas VIDEOSONICA (Cali, 2016), el Encuentro de Instructores de Arte y Cultura (Cali, 2018), la Universidad de São Paulo (Brasil, 2019) y el Edital SECULT/LAB Nº 010/2020 (Barueri, 2020). Los resultados demuestran un impacto sensorial en las audiencias, promoviendo una percepción consciente, con reconocimientos en Saatchi Art (2014) y adquisiciones por coleccionistas en Colombia, Brasil y Suecia. "Frecuencias 3" fusiona arte, ciencia y tecnología, redefiniendo la experiencia estética e invitando al diálogo interdisciplinario.
