Over the past three years, Work Package 7 "Dissemination, exploitation and communication" has driven comprehensive project outreach across all levels. The team collaborated through a constant dialogue with the other Work Packages to effectively address stakeholders and foster their engagement throughout the project lifecycle, in order to ensure the FAIR-IMPACT objectives and impacts are achieved. This deliverable represents the final outcomes in terms of dissemination, exploitation, and communication. Within this final report, the accomplished objectives, implemented activities and results are detailed. This report describes in detail activities performed for the communication and dissemination of the project’s work and outputs, as well as activities towards the exploitation and sustainability of its results, e.g. through synchronisation efforts and recommendations, in line with relevant recent publications of the project, such as the FAIR adoption pathway white paper, the Recommendations for a FAIR EOSC - White Paper of the FAIR-IMPACT Synchronisation Force, and the upcoming Sustainability plan.
