This document serves as the Quality Plan and Risk Management report for the HYPER-AI project, marking a critical juncture in the project’s lifecycle. This deliverable elaborates on the overall technical and financial management procedures describing the rules for everyday activities of the project and the details the Project Quality Plan and risk management procedures. Considering the project milestones and time plan, in this deliverable the consortium first describes the Quality Management methodology that is adopted and, secondly, specifies and assesses the full list of project execution risks to acquire a more accurate representation of the current project status and better prepare the upcoming activities.
