The dataset contains results of genome-wide association study of human blood plasma glycome. The TPNG_GWAMA_eur_10k.tar.gz contains summary statistics for 117 glycome traits from the European GWAMA (Genome-Wide Association Meta-Analysis) conducted on participants of European ancestry, totaling 10,172 individuals. The 117 files contain association summary statistics for 117 glycome traits, of which 36 were directly measured by UHPLC technology and 81 were derived glycome traits.
