Abstract

This repository contains the presentation slides and workshop materials from the EPFL Open Microscopy & AI Workshop 2025 (conference website). The materials include: Presentation slides covering deep learning applications in bioimage analysis following the AI4Life approach. Markdown guide for the hands-on workshop, detailing how to use deepImageJ for segmentation and SAMJ for annotation. Links to additional resources and tools to apply deep learning models in bioimage analysis. The full workshop materials are also available on GitHub:https://github.com/deepimagej/Workshop-materials/tree/main/OpenMicroscopyEPFL-2025 This upload ensures proper attribution and long-term accessibility of the material.
