Abstract

Este breve trabajo ofrece la estadística de población próxima en un radio de 1 km alrededor de cada celda de la grid de población de 100 m x 100 m elaborada por Goerlich y Mollá (2026). Se trata de un indicador de densidad económica y social con una elevada resolución, y que muestra la población con la que podemos interactuar en un entorno muy local, al que podemos acceder a pie en unos 15 o 20 minutos. La estadística permite analizar, desde otra perspectiva, las diferentes oportunidades a las que se enfrentan los individuos en el contexto de la dicotomía rural/urbano. La información se genera a nivel de celda de 100 m x 100 m, pero se ha agregado a CCAA, Provincias y Municipios mediante promedios adecuadamente ponderados, permitiendo un análisis complementario de la distribución de la población en España, las densidad económica y las diferentes oportunidades a las que se enfrentan los individuos en sus respectivos territorios.
