Projekt MuMokA - Multimodale Modellierung kultureller Artefakte im digitalen Raum

Abstract

Das geplante Digital Humanities-Labor der Forschungsgruppe Computational Humanities der Universität Leipzig vereint die kontrollierte Experimentierumgebung naturwissenschaftlicher Labors mit den integrativen Ansätzen eines konzeptionellen Humanities-Labs. Es bietet themenspezifische Laboreinheiten, ausgestattet mit spezialisierter Technik und Ressourcen. Das Labor zielt darauf ab, Forschung und Lehre zu verschmelzen, indem es Studierenden ermöglicht, theoretisches Wissen praktisch anzuwenden und an aktuellen Forschungsvorhaben der Gruppe mitzuwirken. Ein emanzipatorischer und konstruktivistischer Lehransatz fördert praxisnahe Lernprozesse, während Forschende von studentischem Feedback und der Generierung neuer Forschungsdaten profitieren. Die innovative Laborumgebung unterstützt die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit und schafft eine Plattform für die Entwicklung forschungsnaher Lehrkonzepte und Abschlussarbeiten. Zukünftige Veröffentlichungen werden die kontinuierliche Entwicklung des Labs und die daraus gewonnenen Erkenntnisse dokumentieren.
