Bacteria-released algal growth and morphogenesis factors regenerate axenic calli derived from the macroalga Ulva (Chlorophyta) and change the fatty acid profile

Abstract

This dataset contains raw files from a mass spectrometric analysis of the endo-metabolome of the green macroalga Ulva mutabilis (Chlorophyta). Abbreviations of the sample name and mode for data aquisition of mass sepctrometry (LC-MS): AGMPF: axenic culture treated with algal growth and morphogenesis promoting factors (AGMPFs), full scan Axenic: axenic culture, full scan Blank: measurement of the solvent only, full scan QC: quality control sample, full scan QC_ddMS: quality control samle, full scan, data dependent mass spectra
