The article has been given the pressing questions of conservation of 72 species of rare and endangered plants, which are listed in the Red Book of Ukraine and regional lists, in quasinatural ecosystems of the dendropark Olexandria by method of creating introduction populations and restoring natural populations. The data about the history of introduction and biological and ecological features of 66 species of rare and endangered plants in the collection of the dendropark Olexandria are given.
