The FUNACTION Engagement Communication Plan Supports common understanding and expectations among Partners and associated Teams for the management of internal and external communications. Serves as a tool to ensure FUNACTION meets consortium goals for internal and external communications. Provides a mutually agreed framework for communication action planning, follow up, and review. Is a working document. It will be updated and amended throughout the project as needed.
