Abstract

Deutsch ist eine der vier Schweizer Landessprachen. Es existiert hierzulande in einer besonderen Konfiguration: Während für den schriftlichen Sprachgebrauch vor allem die hochdeutsche Standardsprache verwendet wird, spricht man im Alltag vorwiegend einen regionalen Dialekt. Für diese Situation und die verschiedenen sprachlichen Varietäten gibt es eine ganze Reihe von Begriffen, welche sie von verschiedener Seite her beleuchten. Bei genauerem Hinsehen wird das, was von aussen manchmal „deutsch und deutlich“ aussieht, immer undeutlicher – aber auch immer interessanter.
