This repository, including two datasets and the code, is linked to the preprint Parametric DMD for nonlinear parametric dynamical systems, (https://arxiv.org/abs/2305.06197), authored by Shuwen Sun, Lihong Feng, Hoon Seng Chan, Tamara Miličić, Tanja Vidakovic-Koch, Fridolin Röder and Peter Benner. The source code for the proposed method, Parametric DMD, is implemented in MATLAB. This non-intrusive model order reduction technique combines features of Dynamic Mode Decomposition (DMD) and Radial Basis Function (RBF) interpolation to predict the dynamics of parametric nonlinear systems. The code includes two numerical examples, the FitzHugh-Nagumo model and the newly-added example regarding flow around a circular obstacle. Please ensure the corresponding data file is extracted into the correct path or placed within the code folder. If you have any problems or concerns, please contact Shuwen Sun.
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
