
Marco Fioriti presented the collaborative work with Airbus Defence and Space and Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft on organizational activities in preparation for LCA and LCC estimation within the framework of the HERA Project at the 14th EASN International Conference 2024. Abstract Several projects designing parts for the Hybrid-Electric Regional (HER) aircraft are bound to deliver Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) studies and Life-Cycle Costing (LCC) studies, as they can be not only powerful tools to assessing the environmental footprint of these new technologies but also a source for identification of future improvements and eco-design efforts. Under this light, the undergoing LCA activities in HER Projects were selected for presentation during the 14th EASN International Conference.
