The Method Of Special Physical Training For Young Kickboxers

Abstract

Purpose: the effectiveness of the method of special physical training of young kickboxers of 15-16 years is developed and experimentally substantiated. According to many experts, special physical training is one of the leading factors affecting the achievement of high sports results in kickboxing. But today, experimentally based, methodological recommendations on this issue are not enough. Materials and methods: 24 kickboxers of 15-16-year-old age took part in the pedagogical experiment. All athletes had a sports category. In the experimental group (15 years - n=6, 16 years - n=6), a special physical training technique was used with the focus on improving the strength preparedness and flexibility. Kickboxers of the control group (15 years - n=6, 16 years - n=6) were engaged in the standard method of physical training, typical for most of the national schools. The effectiveness of the technique was determined by the dynamics of the physical preparedness of the subjects. Research methods: analysis of scientific sources, pedagogical observations, pedagogical testing, video shooting, mathematical statistics. Results: The results of a study of the physical preparedness of young kickboxers showed significant positive changes in the preparedness of subjects of the experimental group for general and special indicators (p<0,05 - p<0,001). During the same period in the kickboxers of the control group, positive dynamics (p<0,05 - p<0,01) occurred mainly in terms of overall physical fitness. Conclusions: a method of special physical training for kickboxers of 15-16 years of age has been developed, with an emphasis on improving speed and strength preparedness and flexibility. Experimentally proved the effectiveness of this technique.
