
We provide scripts for generating the figures and the main numerical solver for the dynamics of the population dynamics, together with some precomputed flow fields that are read as input during the numerical integration. Many more flow fields are needed to obtain the resolution and statistics shown in our work. However, any standard Navier-Stokes solver can be used for generating such flow fields.
