These datasets consist of hedonic variables for four metropolitan cities (i.e., Busan, Daegu, Daejeon, and Gwangju) in South Korea, including transacted housing prices. Each hedonic variable is categorized into four groups: Housing characteristics, local amenities, local demographics, and seasonal dummies. This dataset can be utilized to investigate the economic impacts of hedonic variables on housing prices, housing inequality, and the development of housing price appraisal models.
