The dataset for this project collects self-reported data from nursing students at the European University of Madrid and the University of Castilla-La Mancha. It focuses on variables related to physical fitness (assessed through the International Fitness Scale), quality of life (using WHOQOL-BREF), perceived stress (Perceived Stress Scale), and sociodemographic factors such as age, socioeconomic status, BMI, sleep habits, energy drink consumption, and screen time. The data is gathered via an anonymized online questionnaire targeting 700 students aged 18 and over. The cross-sectional analysis explores relationships between fitness, sedentary behavior, quality of life, and stress, using descriptive and multivariate statistical methods, including ANOVA and ANCOVA. Ethical guidelines, including confidentiality and voluntary participation, are strictly followed, ensuring compliance with the Declaration of Helsinki.
