O'SMIRLIK DAVRIDA IRODAVIY SIFATLARNING PSIXOLOGIK JIHATLARI

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada iroda va irodaviy sifatlar shaxs taraqqiyotini belgilovchi omillardan biri sanalishi, rivojlanish taraqqiyotining o‘smirlik davrida irodaviy sifatlarning shakillanganlik darajasi shaxsning kamolotga yetishishidagi asosiy bosqich hisoblanishi yoritilgan. Shu bois irodaviy sifatlarni shakllanish mezonlarini tahlil qilish va uning shaxs rivojlanishidagi ahamiyatini asoslab berish muhimdir. Bugungi kunda voyaga yetayotgan o‘smirlarda individual psixologik xususiyatlar ma’suliyat, tashabbuskorlik, intizomlilik, tirishqoqlik, dadillik, qat'iyatlilik, jasoratlilik, maqsadga intilish kabi muhim irodaviy sifatlarni shakllantirish, ruhiy -psixologik jarayonda yuzaga keladigan salbiy irodaviy sifatlarni bartaraf etish usullarini ishlab chiqish, mavzuning hozirgi davrda dolzarb ekanligini belgilaydi.
