
This project includes computational meshes necessary to reproduce results from our paper: "On the numerical evaluation of wall shear stress using the finite element method" by Jana Brunátová, Jørgen S. Dokken, Kristian Valen-Sendstad and Jaroslav Hron. It includes two main folders - meshes used for Poiseuille flow example (cylinder meshes were created via COMSOL Multiphysics 6.1) and two patient-specific aneurysms (stl geometries were taken from https://doi.org/10.1115/1.4031794).
