Técnicas motivacionales para desarrollar habilidades de lectoescritura en estudiantes de sexto grado

Abstract

El presente estudio evaluó el impacto de estrategias motivacionales en el desarrollo de habilidades de lectoescritura y en la motivación de estudiantes de sexto grado. Mediante un enfoque no experimental de tipo descriptivo, se aplicaron instrumentos como cuestionarios con escala de Likert y observaciones sistemáticas en una muestra de 30 estudiantes. Las estrategias implementadas incluyeron la elección de libros, actividades de escritura creativa, dinámicas grupales y retroalimentación colaborativa, buscando transformar las percepciones de los estudiantes hacia las actividades de lectura y escritura. Los resultados mostraron un incremento significativo en las respuestas positivas relacionadas con la motivación y el disfrute de estas actividades. Antes de la intervención, menos del 30% de los estudiantes manifestaba interés o motivación por la lectoescritura, mientras que, tras las estrategias aplicadas, este porcentaje superó el 70%. Además, se observaron mejoras en habilidades específicas como la comprensión lectora y la capacidad de redacción estructurada, evidenciadas en el test final. La investigación también identificó desafíos, como la necesidad de recursos educativos más adaptados al nivel de los estudiantes y el tiempo limitado para implementar estas estrategias dentro del currículo regular. Sin embargo, los resultados confirman la efectividad de enfoques pedagógicos centrados en la motivación, la creatividad y la colaboración para transformar el proceso de aprendizaje. Este estudio contribuye al campo educativo al ofrecer evidencia sobre la importancia de estrategias motivacionales para promover habilidades fundamentales y actitudes positivas hacia la lectoescritura.
