Abstract

The Big Fantastic Virus Database (BFVD) is a repository of 351,242 protein structures predicted by applying ColabFold to the viral sequence representatives of the UniRef30 clusters. We provide the predicted structures in bfvd.tar.gz. To download extra data (Foldseek database, metadata, and etc), please visit here. To explore BFVD with UniProt accession or structure, please visit here. To check the source code, please visit here. ❗Important Note for Users❗ We maintain our data primarily in our R2 bucket, which means updates to BFVD may NOT be reflected on this site. To ensure you are accessing our latest release, please visit our alternate website.
