Researcher Mental Health Overview in Albania

Abstract

The report covers a range of topics, including relevant news in academia, funding scenarios, the structure of the academic system, researcher career paths, the overall climate of mental health and well-being, existing support systems, workplace dynamics in academia, policies on mental health, stakeholders and their policies, all within the context of Albanian context. This work was supported by the COST Action CA19117 - Researcher Mental Health (ReMO) and was developed within the Working Group 1 "System Level" activities.
