Abstract

Cercetarea a fost realizată prin trasarea următoarelor obiective: Stabilirea reperelor conceptuale ale fenomenului burnout; Identificarea resursele personale și profilul psihologic al profesorului; Evaluarea nivelului de manifestare a sindromului burnout la cadrele didactice; Elaborarea şi implementarea unui Program de prevenire şi diminuare a sindromului burnout la cadrele didactice; Validarea experimentală a programului de intervenție pentru prevenirea sindromului burnout la cadrele didactice. Valoarea aplicativă a lucrării Prevenirea și diminuarea sindromului bunout la cadrele didatice contribuie la restructurarea personalității și dezvoltarea resurselor personale pozitive profesionale, această restructurare fiind posibilă prin aplicarea programei de interventi Implementarea rezultatelor ştiinţifice Rezultatele obținute au fost implimentate în instituția de învățământ din municipiul Chișinău în cadrul cursurilor de dezvoltare personală; prezentate în comunicarea de la susținerea gradului didactic unu; reflectată în articol științific publicat.

Abstract The research was carried out by tracing the following objectives: establishing the conceptual framework of the burnout phenomenon; identifying personal resources and the psychological profile of teachers; evaluating the level of manifestation of burnout syndrome in school teachers; developing and implementing a prevention and mitigation program for burnout syndrome in teachers; experimental validation of the intervention program for preventing burnout syndrome in school teachers. Applicative Value of the Work Preventing and reducing burnout syndrome in teachers contributes to the reshaping of the personality and the development of positive professional personal resources, this being possible through the implementation of the intervention program. The scientific results have been implemented in an educational institution in Chișinău within the personal development courses, presented in the communication for achieving the 1st teaching degree, and reflected in a published scientific article.
