Abstract

L’objectif de cette étude est d’analyser les dysfonctionnements du système éducatif induit par l’effectif pléthorique dans la villeKorhogo. En effet, l’éducation est considérée comme le principal facteur de développement d’un pays. Son importance est tellequ’après les années d’indépendance l’État a fait plusieurs efforts. Ces efforts ont permis d’améliorer de plus en plus le systèmeéducatif ivoirien passant par la mise en place des équipements à l’augmentation du personnel. Malgré ces efforts, le systèmeéducatif ivoirien est confronté aujourd’hui à des dysfonctionnements notamment dans la gestion de l’effectif des élèves. Pourmieux cerner ce dysfonctionnement dans le système éducatif à Korhogo, diverses méthodes ont été utilisés parmi lesquelles ladocumentation, les entretiens avec les responsables de la Direction Régionale de l’Éducation Nationale. L’enquête révèle queles tous les établissements (100%) visités sont exposés aux problèmes d’effectifs pléthoriques, et le ratio élève / salle de classen’est pas respecté à travers l’insuffisance de la capacité d’accueil des salles de classe dans les écoles de Korhogo

The objective of this study is to analyze the dysfunctions of the education system caused by the overcrowding in the city ofKorhogo. Indeed, education is considered the main factor in the development of a country. Its importance is such that after theyears of independence the State made several efforts. These efforts have made it possible to increasingly improve the Ivorianeducation system, from the installation of equipment to an increase in staff. Despite these efforts, the Ivorian education systemis today faced with dysfunctions, particularly in the management of student numbers. To better understand this dysfunction inthe education system in Korhogo, various methods were used including documentation, interviews with officials of the RegionalDirectorate of National Education. The survey reveals that all the establishments (100%) visited are exposed to the problemsof overcrowding, and the student/classroom ratio is not respected through the insufficient capacity of the classrooms. class inKorhogo schools
