Abstract

O conceito de indústria 4.0 disseminou, por meio da quarta revolução industrial o período que as empresas implantam tecnologias para deixar seus sistemas conectados tornando o processo mais eficiente. O termo indústria 4.0, muito citado na atualidade, direciona o futuro das atividades nas empresas que vem tornando cada vez mais inteligentes e principalmente no contexto gestão da cadeia de suprimentos, usufruindo dos seus benefícios gerados. O presente trabalho tem como principal objetivo identificar como a logística 4.0 é contextualizada nas organizações, benefícios e aplicações, permitindo entender as várias tecnologias aplicadas no contexto da cadeia de suprimentos. Por meio de estudo bibliográfico para os dados obtidos, os resultados possibilitaram comprender as principais contribuições das ferramentas da indústria 4.0 para a a eficiência na cadeia de suprimentos, promovendo melhorias na eficiência dos fluxos, desde a aquisição da matéria prima e insumos, produção e distribuição, reduzindo custos e melhorando o nível de serviço prestado.

The concept of industry 4.0 spread, through the fourth industrual revolution, a period in which companies implement techonologies to make their systems connected, making the process more efficient. The term industry 4.0, much cited in nowadays, directs the future of activities in companies that are increasingly transforming, making them smart and being directly linked to supplt chain management, enjoying the benefits generated. The main goal of this work is to identify how logistics 4.0 is contextualized in organizations, development, benefits and applications allowing to understand the various technologies applied. Through a bibliographic study of the data obtained, as a result presented, the main contributions to efficiency within the supply chain, generating great positive impacts for industries by the inclusion of techonologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT) as a great impact and positive result, giving an optimal optimization of processes and managing to reduce company costs.
