
Jamesonia goudotii (Hieron.) C.Chr., Index Fil. 373. 1905. Range: — Colombia to Bolivia (CO, LP). Ecology: —Uncommon; terrestrial in moist grasslands, often among rocks, and at forest margins; 3400–4100 m. Notes: —Blades continuously widening from bases to apices; rachis hairs bicolorous at the blade apices, with a contrast of the chestnut distalmost hairs and the yellowish hairs lower down on the rachises.
