7. Andrena (Hoplandrena) rosae Panzer, 1801 Listed by Meena & Dey (2019): Bihar. Remarks Andrena rosae is a widespread Palaearctic species, found from Europe to Japan, including Central Asia (Gusenleitner & Schwarz 2002; Osytshnjuk et al. 2008). However, in Central Asia it is found in mountainous regions only. Ecologically, it is very difficult to consider that it could be present in the lowlying state of Bihar (average elevation 53 m a.s.l.). Due to the lack of supporting records presented by Meena & Dey (2019), it is removed from the Indian fauna.
