After studying the type specimens of Phlugiolopsis furcicaudis Zheng, Shi & Chang, 2023 and topotypes, as well as the topotypes of Phlugiolopsis cryphiconica Pan, Ran & Bian, 2024. Phlugiolopsis cryphiconica Pan, Ran & Bian, 2024 is proposed as a synonym of Phlugiolopsis furcicaudis Zheng, Shi & Chang, 2023.
