Abstract

L'article explore l'impact de la transformation digitale sur les pratiques de reporting et de contrôle de gestion en mettant l'accent sur l'intégration des technologies telles que les Big Data, l'intelligence artificielle (IA) et l'automatisation des processus robotiques (RPA). Ces technologies offrent des opportunités significatives pour améliorer la précision, l'efficacité et la rapidité des processus de reporting, mais elles posent également des défis importants en matière de gestion des compétences et des données. L'étude analyse comment les entreprises peuvent tirer parti de ces technologies tout en surmontant les défis associés à leur intégration. Elle met en lumière la nécessité d'une réévaluation des compétences et des rôles des contrôleurs de gestion pour maximiser les avantages des innovations technologiques. En conclusion, l'article propose des recommandations pour aider les entreprises à naviguer dans cette transformation complexe et à exploiter pleinement les opportunités offertes par la digitalisation.

This article explores the impact of digital transformation on reporting and management control practices, with a focus on the integration of technologies such as Big Data, artificial intelligence (AI), and robotic process automation (RPA). These technologies offer significant opportunities to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and speed of reporting processes, but they also pose substantial challenges in terms of skills management and data handling. The study analyzes how companies can leverage these technologies while overcoming the associated challenges. It highlights the need to reassess the skills and roles of management controllers to maximize the benefits of technological innovations. In conclusion, the article provides recommendations to help companies navigate this complex transformation and fully exploit the opportunities offered by digitalization.
