Abstract

Didymium synsporon T.E. Brooks & H.W. Keller, in Keller & Brooks, Mycologia 65(2):287 (1973) Paratypus: USA. Kentucky, Cumberland Co., on bark of living Juniperus virginiana, 30 Aug 1970, T.E. Brooks 3758, DWM 5851 [one box + one slide, K-M001435091], (Fig. 3L). Notes. Keller & Brooks (1973: 288) mention this material under “Collections examined”, so it is a paratype. The holotype (“TEB 2743”) is in BPI 805632.
