Abstract

Европа стандарти талабларига жавоб берадиган дизель ёқилғисини ишлаб чиқариш имконини берувчи цетан сонини оширувчи присадкаларни ишлаб чиқариш ва улардан фойдаланишни ривожлантиришнинг долзарблиги кўрсатилган. Тадқиқот “цетан сони” кўрсаткичини керакли параметрларга мослаштириш учун композицион қўшимчаларни танлаш орқали амалга оширилди. Цетан тузатувчиси сифатида бутун дунёда кенг қўлланиладиган бирикмаларнинг икки класси ўрганилган: алкилнитратлар ва пероксидлар. Мақоланинг мақсади дизел ёқилғилари учун самарадорлиги бўйича хорижий аналогларидан кам бўлмаган цетан сонини оширадиган присадкаларни ишлаб чиқишдан иборат. Қўйилган мақсадга мувофиқ мақолада қуйидаги масалалар қўйилган: ишлаб чиқилган ва хорижий цетан сонини оширадиган присадкалар самарадорлигини қиёсий таҳлил қилиш, дизел ёқилғисининг эскиришга қарши хоссаларига алифатик спиритлар таъсирини текшириш, дизел ёқилғисининг суркаш қобилиятига ишлаб чиқилган цетан сонини оширадиган ва эскиришга қарши присадкалар таъсирини текшириш.

The urgency of developing the production and use of additives that increase the cetane number, which allows the production of diesel fuel that meets the requirements of the European standard, is shown. The study was conducted by selecting composite additives to adjust the "cetane number" indicator to the desired parameters. Two compounds widely used worldwide as cetane modifiers have been studied: alkyl nitrates and peroxides. The purpose of the article is to develop additives for diesel fuels that increase the cetane number and are no less effective than their foreign analogs. By the stated purpose, the article presents the following questions: a comparative analysis of the effectiveness of developed and foreign additives that increase the cetane number, testing the effect of aliphatic alcohols on the anti-wear properties of diesel fuel, testing the influence of the developed additives that increase the cetane number and anti-wear on the driving performance of diesel fuel.

Показана актуальность разработки производства и применения присадок, повышающих цетановое число, что позволяет производить дизельное топливо, соответствующее требованиям европейского стандарта. Исследование проводилось по подбору композиционных присадок для доведения показателя «цетановое число» до требуемых параметров. Изучены два класса соединений, широко используемых во всем мире в качестве цетановых модификаторов: алкилнитраты и пероксиды. Цель статьи – разработка присадок к дизельным топливам, повышающих цетановое число, не менее эффективных, чем их зарубежные аналоги. В соответствии с заявленной целью в статье представлены следующие вопросы: сравнительный анализ эффективности разработанных и зарубежных присадок, повышающих цетановое число, проверка влияния алифатических спиртов на противоизносные свойства дизельного топлива, проверка влияние разработанных присадок, повышающих цетановое число и противоизносных, на ходовые качества дизельного топлива.
