The book celebrates 10 years of the Open University of Brazil (UAB), with articles divided into three sections: Educational Technology, Open and Distance Education, and Quality and Evaluation all of which are focused on open and distance education. A collection of articles is dedicated to analysing UAB and its initiatives, particularly as it moves towards more open practice and policy. Articles are written in Portuguese, English and Spanish. The book contains contributions from authors from South Africa, Chile, Portugal, and the Netherlands.
