Інтерактивні Форми Роботи В Підготовці Майбутніх Учителів І Вихователів До Професійної Діяльності В Умовах Етнокультурного Різноманіття Сучасного Суспільства

Abstract

The realization of one of the pedagogical conditions in preparing future teachers and educators for professional activity in the conditions of ethno-cultural diversity of the contemporary society has been highlighted: the selection and application of a wide range of innovative forms, methods and work techniques. The following ones were related to: interactive (for abilities acquisition to establish interaction, dialogue conduct, with different cultures representatives in particular), training (tolerance training elements – development works by M. Aragioni, O. Asmolov, I. Brunova-Kalysetska, A. Gusev, L, Riumshyna, G. Soldatova, I. Tereschenko and others), gamificational (“Cobweb of Superstitions”, “Tags”, “Two Cultures” and others) methods, which are aimed at the complex formation of all components of future teachers’ readiness for professional activity in the contemporary ethnic-culturally diverse social medium – personalised, cognitive, active. Different innovation forms and methods of the educational activity have been experimentally introduced during course studies of comparative ethnography and comparative ethno-pedagogics. In the experimental group E where selective innovational forms, methods and work techniques were introduced, the positive dynamics has been revealed: as for personalized component – 47.9% for the satisfactory level (21.3% in the control group K) and 4.3% for advanced level (1.5% the control group K); as for the cognitive component – 58.3% for the satisfactory level (7.6% in the control group К) and 9.5% for the advanced level (4.5% in the control group К). The pedagogical experiment results provide all reasons to state that the proposed methodology changes in the preparing of future teachers and educators for professional activity in the conditions of ethno-cultural diversity of the contemporary society in particular the wide range application of interactive methods and techniques facilitates the increase of the mentioned process performance. Along with this we notice meaningful progress as for the cognitive component in comparison with personalized one.
