We present a program for solving the systems of first and second order linear differential equations with perturbations, having a stepped form, or form of the Dirac function. The known perturbations may be presented in tabular form. The result will be given in the form of power series coefficients. The system should not be solved with respect to the higher derivative. The method makes it possible to vary the length of the power polynomial (result), accuracy and duration calculations. Compared to standard MATLAB functions the form of initial and resulting data is more convenient. The calculation programs and tests is developed within the MATLAB-6 system and the program code is open. The program makes use of the author’s new theory and of solution method based on a combination of calculus of variational and Pontryagin. maximum principle.
