FACTE: a dynamic assessment of terrestrial ecosystem condition

This repository contains the code and data for reviewing, and will be replaced with proper DOIs upon acceptance. The code is written in R. Use the main.R file to see the work flow. The code4ECS.R file has the functions to estimate ecosystem condition score based on given vegetation variables. A example dataset is provided in the exampleDataList.rds file. The maps of Australia are in the mapInt.zip file.
