The article presents a comparative analysis of the differences in the results of an expert survey on the state and problems of public administration of legal education of the population which conducted in December 2015 and December 2017 at the Kharkiv Regional Institute of Public Administration of the National Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine. The differences in the level of awareness of the respondents about legal education and their level of awareness about the reform content in Ukraine are determined.
