Abstract

Methodological approaches of preparation of future teacher of informatics for professional orientation of pupils on IT specialty are revealed in this article. The basic approach in the training of future teachers of informatics for career guidance of pupils on the IT-specialty is determined by the competence approach. It is involve not just ensuring assimilation of knowledge and skills by future teachers of informatics about the career guidance of pupils on the IT-specialty, and the complex acquisition of them by a combination of competencies, necessary for carrying out such activity in conditions of qualitative updating of content, forms and methods of preparation of students from higher education schools. It is necessary in the course of preparing the future teacher of informatics for career guidance work with pupils on the IT specialty to focus on the student's personality as a goal, subject, outcome and the main criterion for the effectiveness and effectiveness of such training. Consequently, the basic approaches include a person-oriented approach. One of the most important in the context of our research is the axiological approach, since it is he who plays a special role in preparing of future teacher of informatics for career guidance work with pupils in the IT specialty because of the need for them to learn the high social and personal significance of the problem of successful professional self-determination of school graduates in the field of IT-specialties. The emphasis on the acmeological approach in preparing future teachers for the career guidance work with pupils on the IT specialty provides management of the individual and professional development of the future teacher, orientates the students to constant self-improvement and correction of professional activity, will encourage their ability to self-realization, self-regulation and self-organization. The system approach to the analysis of the essence of vocational training of future teachers of informatics determines the unity of all components of this process. The complex use of the considered methodological approaches in their interconnection and interaction is the basis for realization of the synergetic approach in the training of future teachers of informatics to the career guidance work with pupils on the IT specialty. The revealed methodological approaches allow a comprehensive and systematic study of the main components of the process of preparing future teachers of informatics for the career guidance of pupils in the IT specialty in institutions of higher pedagogical education.
