MODULES All modules are recorded in English with voice-over and are accompanied by their script and Power Point. Supplementary material is also provided (e.g. videos, reports, updated literature, online short tests). Each module lasts in total 20 minutes, apart from the first one (introductory) that lasts in total 10 minutes, and contain 2 parts (10 minutes each) to facilitate training online attendance. All modules include good innovative practices (e.g. related to legislation, public policy measures, analytics and reporting, campaigns). After completing the attendance of each of the three modules of the program (except of the Introduction, in which no self-evaluation is available), the participants are invited to carry out a form of self-evaluation by answering a set of questions with multiple answers (multiple choice questions) and, then check the extent to which they understood the material. WORKSHOPS All worskhops are also recorded in English. One of the major objectives of WP4 “The Alliance as an Engine for Human Capital”, which is led by the University of the Aegean is to promote specific training initiatives on innovation and relations with societal actors, new research environments linking innovation and diversity and facilitate the access of women scientists, entrepreneurs, migrants/refugees in the field of innovation with innovator and societal actors, promoting virtual mobility schemes and developing specific innovation-oriented pilot projects and schemes. Thus, a Gendered Innovation Training and Mentoring Programme (D4.6) on leadership, entrepreneurial and innovation-oriented mindsets, social innovations has been created. The training programme provides tools and knowledge to women and men who seek to enhance the positive social impact of technology and innovation. Training activities are carried out through digital courses and workshops on gender equality in family, politics, and workplace that bring together women from business, academia, government (innovator actors) and societal actors such as NGO, refugees/ immigrants.
