Paper presents a fragment of widely conceived studies on energetic aspects of integrated utilization of the mountain pastures. That fragment includes the investigation results concerning five species of forest trees planted on the sheep pasture localized at an altitude of 600 m above sea level. The usefulness was evaluated on the basis of sedling damages by grazing sheep.
