Abstract

The contemporary art has, more and more, presented works that dialogue with the spectator. From the concept of "Participatory Art", this dissertation works with the concepts of "Emancipated Spectador" and "The Share of the Sensitive" by Jacques Rancière; "The Open Work", by Umberto Eco; and "Dispositif", by Giorgio Agamben, in order to discuss the place of the public and the artist in relational works. The Dispositif of approach with the public are investigated from the work called The Novel Bases for the Personality of Ricardo Basbaum and four works of the author Camila Buzelin.
