These MATLAB scripts were utilized to mill the tips from the crystal lattice point clouds that we exported from VESTA. For further details on the procedure see the corresponding paper in the proceedings to the "Atom Probe Tomography and Microscopy 2018, June 10th-15th, 2018, NIST which are to be published along with other proceedings papers in a special issue of "Microscopy & Microanalysis". The main script is TestVIRTIPSetupTapSIMTip_08.m. Higher numeral filename prefixes indicate newer versions. Before utilizing please walk through the main script carefully an check whether potentially commented out sections do or not serve your particular analysis aim.
