This dataset contains single cell calcium imaging recordings of D1- and D2-MSNs in the nucleus accumbens shell of freely-moving mice during an appetitive and aversive Pavlovian conditioning protocol. The data was collected using one-photon microscopy and processed with CaImAn and IDPS software. The data can be used to study the differential response of D1- and D2-MSNs to conditioned stimulus (e.g. predictive cues) and unconditioned stimuli (e.g. sucrose, condensed milk, tail lift and foot-shock). | selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
