Abstract. Due to changing educational requirements, altering economic environments, and technological improvements, the global job market for English language specialists is undergoing tremendous transition. This article explores these modifications and how they affect teachers of English for Specific Purposes (ESP). We examine contemporary developments, including the emergence of online learning environments, the growing significance of digital literacy, and the expanding need for industry-specific English language proficiency.
