Apis pulchella Christ, 1791: 194, ♀, (type locality: Germany, types are lost). Synonymy according to Warncke 1986: 108. Apis murcaria Christ, 1791: 188–189, ♀, ♂, (type locality: Germany, types are lost). Synonymized by Morawitz 1869: 50. ? Apis festiva Christ, 1791: 190–191, ♀, ♂, (type locality: Germany, types are lost). Synonymy according to Warncke, 1986: 97.
